EMAS> Projects
Aim
EMHEAP is a programme funded by the University of the West of England,
South Gloucestershire and Bristol Local Authorities. It is run by the
University of the West of England (Bristol).
The aims of the project are:
- to support pupils in achieving Level 4 or
above in the Key Stage 2 SATs
- to help pupils to feel confident and prepared
for the move to secondary school
- to raise pupils aspirations for further and
higher education

Windsor Junior
Fellowship Programme
The Windsor Junior Fellowship programme is a personal and academic
development programme for Black and Other Minority Ethnic Students.
It consists of life skills training designed to enhance confidence,
self-esteem and self-worth alongside concentrated additional support in
key academic subjects.
The programme is currently running in Bristol, as well as London,
Birmingham and Leeds, with plans to extend it to other parts of the
country. South Gloucestershire schools access the Bristol based project.
