Windsor Junior
Fellowship Programme

The Windsor Junior Fellowship programme is a personal and academic
development programme for Black and Other Minority Ethnic Students.
It consists of life skills training designed to enhance confidence,
self-esteem and self-worth alongside concentrated additional support in
key academic subjects.
The programme is currently running in Bristol, as well as London,
Birmingham and Leeds, with plans to extend it to other parts of the
country. South Gloucestershire schools access the Bristol based project.
