New Arrivals Excellence: cross phase (rolling programme)


A training session for teachers and teaching assistants working with children and young people at an early stage of English and who may be new to the country.  The session will cover: the local context, how a new language is acquired, assessment for learning, intervention and support systems and the use of the EMAS website.  This session runs six times in the school year.
